Dr Nidhi Nagabhatla is a Senior Fellow and Lead for Nature, Climate, and Health at United Nations University (UNU-CRIS) in Belgium. With over 25 years of global experience, she specializes in environmental policy, sustainability science, climate action, and the water-energy-food nexus.

Dr. Nagabhatla has led diverse UN and international policy projects, contributes as a science-policy interface expert, and has published extensively on climate resilience, nature-based solutions, and disaster risk reduction. Her work bridges research and practice to support transformative policy and sustainable development at national, regional, and global levels.
